A total of seven teams were shortlisted for the hackathon. Over an intensive 24-hour period, participants selected one problem statement and developed innovative, AI-driven solutions addressing real-world challenges such as smart queue management, fake news detection, smart parking systems, resume screening, and real-time price fraud detection.
The event concluded on a high note with impressive project demonstrations and enthusiastic participation from all teams. AITHON 2026 emerged as a grand success, showcasing creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of AI-driven innovation.
Robomania
ROBOMANIA, the annual flagship techno-cultural fest of Gulzar Group of Institutions, was successfully organized in March. The two-day celebration brought together technology, creativity, culture, and fun under one roof, engaging students from various institutions in a series of technical, cultural, literary, and fine arts events. Hackathon
Hackathon is an intensive innovation sprint where students collaborate to develop tech-based solutions for real-world problems within a limited time. It encourages creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, providing a platform to showcase coding, design, and entrepreneurial talents.
Startup Bootcamp
Fresher’s Party
The Freshers Party is a vibrant welcome celebration organized to greet the new batch of students with warmth and excitement. It features music, dance, fun games, and cultural performances, creating a lively atmosphere that helps freshers bond and feel at home in the college community.
World Student Day
World Student Day at our college is celebrated as a two-day extravaganza featuring Cultural, Technical, and Fine Arts events. IKGPTU Youth Fest is a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity, and talent, bringing together students from across the university to compete in music, dance, drama, and literary events.
