REFUND POLICY
1. Withdrawal Before the Course Starts (Induction Date)
- If a student withdraws before the course starts (on or before the induction date), they will receive a refund of the full amount paid, minus a processing fee of up to ₹1,000.
- Institutions must not retain original school/institution leaving certificates.
2. Withdrawal After Joining the Course (Induction Date)
After deducting a processing fee of up to ₹1,000 and appropriate deductions for monthly fees, hostel rent, or transportation costs, the refund will follow this schedule:Category | Percentage of Refund of Fees | Point of Time When Notice of Withdrawal is Received |

3. For Non-Eligible Students
- The student must present the relevant result documents within five working days of the regular exam results announcement to receive a full refund (without the ₹1,000 processing charge).
Note:
- Prospectus Fee: A separate receipt and payment of ₹1,000 for both online and offline prospectus fees should be made. This charge is non-refundable.
- Students admitted after the induction date are also subject to this policy.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 30 days of the withdrawal date.
