Prof. Dr. Bhola Ram Gurjar

We are honored to have Prof. Dr. Bhola Ram Gurjar , Director of NITTTR Chandigarh, as our esteemed Chief Guest for GGI Convocation 2024. Prof. Gurjar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in environmental engineering and has received numerous national and international accolades for his contributions.
His presence will add a special significance to our celebration of academic excellence and achievement at GGI.
Convocation 2021
The Annual Convocation Ceremony was organized, where degrees were awarded to around 1,078 students from various streams including MBA, BBA, B.COM, BCA, Computer Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Diploma courses.

To honor the students for their hard work, Lieutenant General Dr. J.S. Cheema, Vice Chancellor of Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University, Patiala, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Anuj Jain, CEO of Shingora Textiles Limited, was present as the special guest.
The ceremony began with the Saraswati Vandana sung by the students of the group, followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief guest. The degree distribution ceremony commenced thereafter, in which degrees were formally awarded to the students of Gulzar Group.
Dr. Cheema congratulated all the students and remarked that this moment brings joy in a student’s life but also marks the beginning of a new phase filled with challenges. He motivated the students to apply their education meaningfully for the betterment of their own future and that of the nation. He emphasized that along with individual growth, the development of the nation is equally important.
Chairman of Gulzar Group, Mr. Gurcharan Singh Ji, congratulated the students and said that it is essential for any educational institution to provide modern as well as moral education. He affirmed that Gulzar Group is committed to providing world-class education to its students.
Executive Director Mr. Gurkirat Singh Sir appealed to the youth to bring about change in society. He stated that the true purpose of education is to rise above casteism, religion, and linguistic discrimination — values that must be adopted in today’s time.
