REFUND POLICY
- Withdrawal Before the Course Starts (Induction Date):
- If a student withdraws before the course starts (on or before the induction date), they will receive a refund of the full amount paid, minus a processing fee of up to Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only).
- It is not acceptable for institutions to retain the original school/institution leaving certificates.
- Withdrawal After Joining the Course (Induction Date):
- After subtracting a processing fee of up to Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) and making the appropriate deductions for monthly fees, hostel rent, or transportation costs, if a student withdraws from the course after it has begun (post-induction), the institution will return the money. The following timeline will apply to the refund:
- Refund Policy for Non-Eligible Students:
- Students must submit the relevant result documents within five working days from the announcement of regular exam results to qualify for a full refund (excluding a Rs. 1000 processing charge).
Note:
- Prospectus Fee: A separate payment receipt of Rs. 1000 for both online and offline prospectus fees is required. This fee is non-refundable.
- Students admitted after the induction date are also bound by the above policy.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within seven to thirty days from the withdrawal date.
