Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) is a graduate degree programme. BHMCT is of four years duration and it equips aspirants with intellectual and leadership skills in order to perform the tasks allocated to them in the hospitality sector.
How do we see BHMCT at GGI?
The main aim of this programme is to make students familiar with the practical aspects of the hospitality industry and the strategic management issues involved in operating International Resorts and Hotels. The key areas of BHMCT are Food & Beverage Service, Rooms Division Management, Kitchen Operations Management, Fundamentals of Management, Marketing Introduction, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management and Managerial Accounting.
After completing this course of bachelors in hotel management and catering technology, students can seek employment in industry sectors such as Hotels, Resorts, Cruise Liners, Restaurants and Catering Organisations.
