World Student’s Day Celebrated at Gulzar Group of Institutes

    

    

GGI celebrated world student’s day on 12 October, in the memory of Late. Dr Abdul Kalam Azad, former president of India, also known as the Missile Man of India, to celebrate his Birthday. A two-day event was organized in the campus and the students of GGI and all other schools participated with great enthusiasm and fervour.

As quoted by Dr Abdul Kalam “ All of us do not have equal talent, but, all of us have an equal opportunity to develop our talents” GGI has made it practically applicable to all the students by providing a platform to exhibit their talent during the World Student’s day. Students displayed various projects and stage activities that were enjoyed by all present.

Working models from different departments like Mechanical Engineering Automobile Engineering Civil Engineering Computer science and Information Technology Engineering Robotics Engineering Electrical, Electronics Department were not only displayed but were used by the students. Few projects like 3D printer and wireless charger attracted the attention of the viewers. Automobile working models were the centre of attraction as most of the students enjoyed driving them within the campus.

Fine Arts were given equal importance by GGI. Mehndi, Rangoli, Poster making, T-Shirt painting and Tattoo making were few activities, in which students participated with complete zeal and passion.

Those teachers who accompanied their students congratulated GGI for the meticulous arrangements made and for taking interest in creating such platforms for the wellbeing of the students. They were happy with the kind of exposure given by GGI to their respective students.

Er Gurkirat Singh, Executive director of GGI has also visited the event and congratulated all the students and the entire staff for their efforts and asked all the students to keep participating and organizing such events with dedication. He wished them all the luck in their future endeavours.
