Training for enriching the professional personality traits required by the Organizations is being inculcated in students with specialised training classes. These specially designed classes are collaborative effort of Technical Training and Personality Development Departments where students not only improve the in depth knowledge of their respective trades but also get to know about professional ethics and grooming, group discussion and mock interviews, which leads them to sure success in the job interview process.

Public Speaking
The College takes special care in developing public speaking skills of the students. This helps students in developing the ability to influence others towards positive action, develop their oratory skills and building persuasive skills.

Paper Reading
The College lays great emphasis to train students in overcoming stage fear, facing the audiences and learn presentation skills.

Declamation
As an extension of public speaking activity, a regular declamation activity has been incorporated for the college students. This activity enables the students in enhancing the preliminary public speaking skills acquired in the First Year.

Debate
Debate or “stressing” is a method of interactive and representational argument. Debate is a broader form of argument than logical argument. To foster democratic values of free and open discussions among students the College organizes Intra Class Debate Contest every year.

Presentations/Video Documentaries
Students are required to make presentations on various topics related to their curriculum to demonstrate their subject understanding as well as to improve their communication skills.

Events like Video Documentaries is brought both technical and presentation skills in the students to confidently speak their minds. Special workshops, seminars and guest lectures are being organized for the students to develop their soft skills and prepare them for interviews

Group Discussion
The Group Discussion is an informal discussion in which participants of the same educational standard discuss a topic of current interest. The college organizes group discussion sessions on various emerging topics to make students defend their arguments rationally while a addressing a group.
